While many Liberty's come from the factory with a front skid plate, not all of them do. Besides, once you've worn out the factory piece you'll need a replacement. So we created a heavy duty model that bolts in place just like the factory skid does. There are no holes to drill and installation takes only a few minutes. This skid plate works on any model KJ including the popular CRD models.
Your oil changes will be just as easy with the skid plate installed as they were originally. We included the oil drain hole for the oil filter and made sure you could reach the filter with the skid plate installed.
The skid plate is constructed from 3/16" thick steel and is powder coated a semi-gloss black for a long lasting and durable finish. |
