a great lift kit- but there are things you should know Review by tomer
I have had the econo 3.5 kit installed 2 months ago on my 2006 liberty V6. It is a great product for anyone on a budget. first- the springs and struts are top quality- as one should expect from OME and bilstein. plus- the top A arms are great-i get no contact of the a arm and the springs. ride quality is SO much better than stock. (and dont get me started about people who fit spacars and OEM coil springs) However- 2 things you need to consider: 1 - after fitting you will find out that the rear brake lines need to be extended-otherwise you will rip them apart the first time that you will flex the rear suspension (by the way-flex is amazing. with the rear jba extension)-so get yourself some extended brake lines. the other thing- is that you should be very careful when you choose your FRONT springs- the harder the spring-the taller the lift. one might assume that they all give 1.5 inches of lift but they don't. i went for the OME 927 front springs- and even now- 2 months and 3000 miles after fitting - the rear is taller by 3 cm (thats more than an inch). so go for the heavy duty springs. other than that- its THE BEST lift kit for the liberty.
